Contract Administration
FormX provides Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent services during the construction phase, acting as your appointed agent to manage the contract between employer and contractor. We support both traditional and design-and-build contracts, taking a proactive, commercially and legally astute approach to risk, change, and delivery.
Our role is hands-on and detail-driven: issuing contract notices, managing change control, and advising on programme and risk. This ensures contractual matters are efficiently resolved and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Preparing and issuing all Contract notices, certificates, and instructions

Advising on the contractor's entitlement to loss and expense, and analysing/reporting on associated claims

Project Monitoring
FormX provides independent Project Monitoring, giving clients a clear, objective view of project health and risk. Acting as a technical adviser, we operate as your eyes and ears on site, tracking performance against the agreed brief, budget, and programme to identify defects, delays, and cost issues early and report them clearly.
We manage this process end to end and actively audit delivery on your behalf, reducing risk and avoiding unexpected issues later in the project.
