A natural problem-solver, she excels at building the systems that allow an organisation to move with agility and purpose.
As Head of Operations at FormX, Dominique brings teams together to ensure our work is collaborative and executed with excellence. She is the driving force behind the company’s operational success.

Jay's career began in architecture, but he quickly realised his passion lay in being involved in every stage of a build, from conception to completion. This led him to pursue a master's degree at UCL followed by a RICS chartership in Project Management. Over the last decade, he has gained extensive experience in both large corporations and fast-paced startups.
Known for his personable style and excellent communication skills, Jay is a driving force behind the company's action-focused approach. He combines deep technical expertise with the ability to build strong relationships and unify stakeholders to deliver on a project's objectives.
